Returns Information

If your item is unsuitable, please return it to us in its original unworn, fully tagged condition, within 14 days of receipt. We highly recommend that you use a tracked service.

Please include a copy of the dispatch note that you received with your order, or a note of your RC order number, name and address.
Please include instructions of whether you require a refund or an exchange; if you would like an exchange, please specify what you would like instead.

When returning items from outside of the UK, please mark the parcel as a “Return”, as we are unable to cover improper customs charges.

Refunds are issued once an item has been received back and inspected by our returns department. Please note that we reserve the right to reject items which have been worn, damaged or soiled, so please take care when trying on and returning your item.
