When will you have this item back in stock?

We restock available items weekly, with stock levels being updated every Monday.

Are the items on your website currently in stock?

We aim to keep all items in stock ready for immediate dispatch. Since we sell through several different platforms, sometimes we will sell out of an item before stock levels can be readjusted. In such cases, out of stock items are ordered from our supplier, delivery for which is usually around 1 week. If this is the case you will be notified shortly after placing your order. In stock items are sent within 24 working hours.

Which size should I buy?

Each of our items is listed with full measurements and a corresponding UK size (according to classic UK dress sizes). Sizes do vary between brands, so we recommend that you check the measurements against your own, or those of a well fitting similar garment. We want you to be delighted with the fit of your item, and offer a full no quibble returns service allowing you to try items for size in the comfort of your own home, and return where necessary.

UK, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

How much does delivery cost?

Royal Mail Second Class Recorded delivery within the UK - FREE DELIVERY.
Delivery to Europe - £6.99 for the first item and £3 for each additional item.
Delivery to USA, Canada and rest of world - £9.99 for the first item and £3 for each additional item.
Any free delivery offers for UK only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

* We aim to send in-stock items within 24 hours of payment clearing. Items which are not currently in stock take around one-two weeks. If your order is likely to take longer we you will be given the option to wait until the item is back in stock, or to cancel your original order. Free postage items are sent using second class delivery.

UK deliveries usually arrive within two/three working days of despatch. International deliveries can take up to 28 days but usually take around 7-10 days. If you have not received your UK item within 7 days, (International items within 14 days), please check at your local sorting office to see whether they are holding the package for you there. If there is no sign of your delivery at your sorting office, please contact us. Prompt refunds are always given for any lost items.

How can I get express delivery?

Please contact us to arrange Special Next Day Delivery (UK) and express courier services (International). These services are available at an additional cost; Special Delivery costs £5.50 for the first item and £3 for each additional item. International courier prices are based on weight and speed of service, and are available on request.
